Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Scrum Master to support our Product and Engineering teams across the Ceviant ecosystem. This role ensures smooth delivery operations, alignment on priorities, and adherence to agile best practices. You will help unblock teams, improve collaboration, and enable predictable delivery across products in Payments, Asset Management, and Finance House.
What You'll Do
- Guide multiple product and engineering teams in applying agile principles and delivery practices.
- Facilitate key ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to clarify sprint scope, priorities, and dependencies.
- Identify, track, and remove blockers to ensure teams remain productive and focused.
- Monitor team performance, delivery timelines, and sprint progress using agile tools.
- Maintain clear documentation, workflow visibility, and communication across teams.
- Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
- Support cross-team coordination for features that span multiple Ceviant entities.
- Help sustain a predictable delivery rhythm and support long-term product roadmap execution.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' experience as a Scrum Master supporting technical or product-driven teams.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery best practices.
- Experience working directly with engineering and product teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep teams aligned with priorities.
- Relevant certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
