About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of Ceviant Asset Management. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective treasury and cash flow management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and robust internal controls. The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring the financial health of the business.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and funding requirements.
- Oversee tax planning, regulatory filings, and compliance with SEC and other financial services regulations.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and policies across the Asset Management business.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions and business growth.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders as required.
- Collaborate with other entities in the Group to align financial operations with the overall strategy.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA is required.
- 5–8 years' experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within financial services or banking.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, and SEC regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in treasury management, tax compliance, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems and Google Suite.
