About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to build, optimise, and maintain user-facing applications in one of Ceviant's business entities — Payments, FX, Asset Management, or Finance House. You will work within the complex product ecosystem of a single Ceviant entity, ensuring seamless user experiences for clients across different regulatory and operational environments.
What You'll Do
- Lead frontend development for entity-specific and shared platform products.
- Build scalable, responsive, and intuitive interfaces across dashboards, workflow systems, and client portals.
- Convert business and investment/transactional workflows into functional UI/UX flows.
- Collaborate with Product, Backend, Design, and Ecosystem Orchestration teams.
- Implement reusable components, design systems, and frontend standards.
- Optimise for performance, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility.
- Guide junior frontend engineers through mentorship and code reviews.
- Participate in sprint planning, documentation, and release processes.
- Ensure frontend work meets security and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring
- 5–7+ years of frontend development experience.
- Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Redux/Zustand.
- Experience building dashboards, workflows, and transactional interfaces.
- Strong understanding of UI performance tuning and security.
- Ability to interpret complex financial workflows into UI systems.
- Proven experience mentoring junior engineers.
